Family law fixed fees

Barcan Woodward is pleased to announce that they are now able to offer fixed fees for their family law services.

We are offering our family law services to all our clients who are not eligible for public funding for a fee that is fixed at the start of our work.

This enables our clients to know exactly what they will have to pay for our work from the start rather than having the uncertainty of a big bill at the end of the day.

We have structured those fees at a very competitive rate.

The services included in this scheme are:

• Divorce, whether for the Petitioner or Respondent
• Dissolution of civil partnerships
• Separation Agreement, relating to children, property or both
• Prenuptial Agreement
• Cohabitation Agreement
• Referral to mediation
• Drafting Consent Order following agreement reached in mediation or privately
• Negotiating financial  agreement
• Representation in contested financial proceedings
• Negotiating agreement in children cases, as to residence, contact or other issues
• Representation in contested proceedings relating to children
• Domestic violence injunctions

Other services may be added as the need arises, and fees can be negotiated by agreement for particular services.
