How much should commercial legal services cost?

The overall cost of professional, commercial legal services depends on several factors.  We will give you a tailored quotation on request, which will give you a full account of all the costs you will incur, including all the disbursements you will need to pay, such as stamp duty land tax.  We will also email this to you on request so that you have written confirmation of the quotation we have provided.  We can provide a fixed fee so that you can be aware from the outset of all the financial implications of the transaction.

How long will it take?

This depends primarily on you being prepared.  You should ideally contact us at the outset so that we can give you the appropriate commercial legal advice to make sure that you are well placed to proceed as soon as possible.  This should avoid both unnecessary costs and delays in the process
