Sarah Clegg Inquest Verdict

The family of the late Sarah Clegg instructed Barcan Woodward in relation to the inquest into the tragic circumstances of Sarah’s death. The inquest was begun in June 2010 but was adjourned so that the Coroner could obtain further expert evidence. The clinical negligence team at Barcan Woodward Solicitors last week secured a significant settlement for Terry Heath, of Lockleaze, Bristol, following a long battle for compensation after he experienced problems with his knee replacement surgery completed at Weston General in 2004.
