Richard Howell

Richard is the partner with overall responsibility for the family law department of the firm.

Richard has been a family law practitioner since qualification in 1984. He is a member of the Family Law Accreditation Scheme.

He was also appointed a member of the The Children Panel Accreditation Scheme in 1994 and has been specializing in all aspects of child related family law and in particular cases involving the Local Authority since then.

He is a committed member of (Resolution) and sits on the local area committee.

Richard also practices as a family mediator in Bristol.

In July 2000 he was appointed to sit as a deputy District Judge on the Western circuit.
