Chris Miller

Chris Miller has been with Barcan Woodward, or its predecessor firm Gerald Davey and Co, since shortly after qualifying as a solicitor in 1990.

For most of that time he has specialised in Family Law, became a member of the Family Law Accreditation Scheme in 1999, and by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association), who accredited him as a specialist family lawyer with particular specialism in Advanced Financial Provision and Children Law Private in 2004.

He deals with all types of cases including disputes concerning children and financial disputes following marriage or separation breakdown. He also regularly deals with cases where the local authority are involved with children, and in 2005 he became a member of the The Children Panel Accreditation Scheme, authorising him to represent children in such cases.

Any spare time Chris has is devoted to his young family.
